Data Trace Provides Grantor and Grantee Data Search in All Florida Counties

June 17, 2014

Data Trace Information Services, a national provider of title plant, tax information and document images, has added grantor and grantee data to its geographic title plants in Florida.

With the completion of this enhancement, Data Trace provides grantor and grantee data in Florida through its general name index. For title professionals who perform chain of title searches, the new search capability allows recorded documents to be located by party name and provides access to county documents shortly after recording. Due to the expedited availability of these documents, Data Trace is able to advance its plant currency date based on the addition of these records, the company said in a release.

“Flexibility and title plant currency are two key factors in providing efficiency to the tile search process,” said Robert Karraa, president of Data Trace. “As a trusted title search provider, we remain committed to providing our customers with the capabilities they need to build a successful business.”

Data Trace’s 511 title plants are used by title insurance companies nationwide to process chain of title and document searches, an integral component of the underwriting process.
