Equity Pointe Transfers Select Accounts to Old Republic Default Management Services

Equity Pointe Asset Services Inc. has transferred select customer accounts to Old Republic Default Management Services (ORDMS), the companies announced in a release.

Additionally, Equity Pointe co-founders, Robert Denarola, Eric Estrella and Charlotte Shafer, have transitioned to the ORDMS management team. Denarola will serve as vice president of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC), client relations and operations; Estrella as vice president of ORNTIC, business development; and Shafer as vice president of ORNTIC, operations. Together they will continue to handle the oversight of the transferred accounts, as well as developing new business and product lines for ORDMS.

The leadership at ORDMS anticipates that the expanded client base and the addition of the noted key personnel to its management team will have a positive impact on the continued growth and development of the Company.

“Old Republic Default Management Services and Equity Pointe have worked together for many years, and share similar values, including conducting business with integrity, professionalism and respect,” stated Carl Brown, president of ORDMS. “This transition presents a unique opportunity for us to share best practices in service delivery and overall client relations.”
