Medallion Analytics Recognized for Solutions

March 11, 2014

Medallion Analytics has received HousingWire’s 2014 HW TECH100 Award for innovative solutions the company offers to the mortgage and settlement services industries. Medallion received the award in the Compliance and Processing category.

“The revolution in mortgage and real estate technology is just getting started. What we’ve already seen happen in many other industries, from retail to news media, we’re now seeing take place on a grand scale in the U.S. housing economy. The HW TECH100 recognizes those firms that are innovating the future of an industry that underpins much of the U.S. economic engine,” said Paul Jackson, Publisher and CEO, HousingWire.

Medallion was chosen from over 400 technology companies. The award recognizes companies that have introduced technological innovation to help the industry move forward and also shown high growth over the last year.

A leading provider of automated productivity and quality solutions, Medallion provides a portfolio of cloud-based solutions that create automated pre- and post-closing processes for originators and settlement services companies. Using Medallion’s data extraction technology and business analytics, mortgage and settlement services companies can automate their HUD-1 statement preparation, HUD vs. GFE comparisons, and pre-funding and post-closing audits.

“Lenders and settlement services companies have made some progress in automating their closing processes, but many still struggle with manual data entry and manual audits that expose them to higher business and compliance risk,” said Joel Davidson, chief executive officer of Medallion Analytics. “With our data extraction technology coupled with business analytics, we not only help our customers reduce errors and turn times, but we also help increase their output with far fewer resources. We are very pleased that Medallion’s innovative technology solutions have been recognized by HousingWire.”
