A Boca Raton real estate agent is offering an added incentive for the buyer of a $12.75 million mansion -- a free Rolls-Royce.Senada Adzem took WPBF 25 News on a tour of the largest home in Boca Raton."Villa Bella Lago," 750 Lake Drive, is a 16,000-square-foot waterfront mansion, complete with seven bedrooms, a private marina big enough to fit two yachts, a nine-car garage and even a home theater.Its current owner, a developer from the northeast, uses the mansion as a vacation home.Adzem said the mansion is reminiscent of "The Great Gatsby" or an old Hollywood-style estate."It's really meant for entertaining," she said.As an added bonus, the buyer will receive a limited edition Rolls-Royce Phantom. Its current owner, a developer from the northeast, uses the mansion as a vacation home.
