RamQuest Experiences 57 percent Expansion

RamQuest Inc., a provider of solutions for the land title industry, announced significant expansion and growth fueled by the company’s ongoing focus to provide world-class customer service, expanded product development efforts and introduction into numerous vertical markets.
As is illustrated by the company’s 57 percent expansion, RamQuest’s strategic vision for a strong executive and management team to further the company’s customer service commitment, enhance the company’s product development and support the company’s entry into new vertical markets has resulted in internal restructure and the addition of talent to support the company’s long-term objectives. Further demonstrating RamQuest’s growth is the company’s 296 percent sales increase over the same 12 month period from last year and the achievement of its 49th consecutive quarter of profitability at the end of the third quarter of 2013.
"In recent months we have focused on very strategic hires and role changes,” said Mark McElroy, president and CEO at RamQuest. “One example of this is the addition of Ronnie Howell to RamQuest’s management team as vice president of internet services.”
Howell brings extensive software development, business operations and executive management experience to the RamQuest team. McElroy said that in this role, Howell will direct the efforts of Closing Market, RamQuest’s digital marketplace, in addition to additional strategic offerings as the company continues to drive innovative solutions that enable more efficient and more effective business.
In similar fashion, RamQuest recently hired Tamara Westbrook as senior director of customer operations and promoted Erin McAnally to vice president of marketing. Westbrook comes to RamQuest with more than 20 years of experience in customer service/support, customer relations and operations management. McAnally joined the RamQuest team in 2006, quickly adopting responsibility for the company’s marketing efforts and helping leverage its position as a technology leader and innovator in the industry.
Additional confirmation of the company’s growth include the expansion of RamQuest’s corporate office space to a total of 24,000 square feet, the official launch of its new flagship title, settlement and escrow solution, RamQuest One, initiation of a number of infrastructure enhancements and the development and launch of a new eLearning site.
