Westcor Names Chief Information Officer

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. named Mellissa Mesina-Rowe to the position of chief information officer.

Mesina-Rowe most recently served as senior vice president at First American Mortgage Services-Default, where she successfully built and directed an information technology team to effectively support all of the business’ technology needs.

While at First American, she was responsible for developing and deploying business critical, enterprise wide applications and enhancements; internal business and client-facing reporting tools; stabilizing and expanding the infrastructure through rapid growth and ensuring high end technology solutions paved the way for maximizing business process efficiencies, while improving turn times without compromising quality.

Ms. Mesina-Rowe has held a variety of IT leadership roles over the past 20 years in various industries—13 of which were spent within the Title Insurance industry. Her information technology expertise spans from system development, design and database architecture into infrastructure; information security and technical team management.

In her new role, Mesina-Rowe will be responsible for all facets of Westcor’s technology, including but not limited to information security, development, enhancing infrastructure and overall IT support and operations. She will play a critical role in optimizing business processes throughout Westcor and continue to strengthen and strategically expand the company’s overall technology footprint to make way for aggressive growth.
