ALTA Decertifies Residential Title Insurance Policy

September 10, 2013

The ALTA Board of Governors approved a recommendation to decertify the ALTA Residential Title Insurance Policy during their June 13 meeting, while the Forms Committee announced technical corrections to the ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Junior Loan Policy and the ALTA Limited Pre-Foreclosure Policy.
