cfacts Celebrates 20th Anniversary

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania — cfacts, a Pittsburgh based Title and Closing Company will celebrate their 20th anniversary in October 2004. The company, founded in 1984 by Ed and Sandy Miller, was a regional operation named Credit-facts, Inc. Through the years cfacts has grown into a national provider with a diversified client base. cfacts’ success, according to President William Eritz, is the result of recognizing the different needs of clients and taking steps to satisfy those needs. Eritz explains, “ Our objective is to satisfy all customers, with an emphasis on all, by delivering the best service possible. Customers deserve that type of attention and I’m proud to say that they receive that consideration from our staff. We believe it’s very important that every customer, big and small, have a positive experience when utilizing cfacts’ products and services.” Eritz concludes, “It’s been the quality of service and integrity that has allowed us to prosper for 20 years. And although the next 10 years will be challenging, I expect the name cfacts to be a well recognized name and even a stronger player in the various markets we serve.”
