Buyers get access to FSBOs, foreclosures, not just MLS properties

SAN FRANCISCO – InSight Realty is launching a new search engine that lets potential home buyers search not only properties listed by Realtors but also For Sale By Owner properties and government and bank foreclosure homes, the company announced today at Inman News’ Real Estate Connect 2004.

The new feature will let consumers search properties within the eight regional multiple listing services InSight Realty has membership in. The search engine will provide consumers with a much broader picture of the overall market, the company said.

Through the InSight Homebuyer Connect program, agents act as facilitators to the real estate purchase transaction and are paid salaries rather than commissions to assist home buyers in connecting with service providers at discounted rates.

InSight Realty is an Internet-based licensed real estate broker offering flat-fee MLS listing and discount real estate brokerage services in Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Its corporate offices are located in Richmond, Va.
