In an effort to provide members alternative methods of receiving information, ALTA is offering a free, monthly 30-minute webinar/conference call presentation titled Title Topics.

The next Title Topics webinar will be held at 1 p.m. ET, Thursday, Oct. 25, which will address various procedures that title professionals should implement to protect escrow/trust accounts. Jonathan Yasko of Entrust Solutions will lead the discussion providing information on when fraud typically occurs, how it occurs, the impact fraud has had on the industry, new market demands to reduce settlement risk and proper procedures that should be followed.
