Stewart National Title Services Bolsters Texas Sales Team

May 10, 2012

Stewart National Title Services announced the addition of Walker Molinare, who will serve as vice president, sales manager, Houston commercial. In this new role, Molinare will be responsible for leading a team of commercial sales associates charged with expanding the company’s services in the Houston market while also growing regional and national business.

“Houston is one of the key markets we are targeting this year to markedly increase our revenue and market share. Walker’s diverse industry experience makes him an outstanding choice for this important new role in our organization,” said Paul Sands, executive vice president and director for Stewart National Title Services.

As a 15 year veteran of the real estate industry, Molinare has an extensive background in business development with specialization in sales training, professional and personal development, management, title and closing. Most recently, Molinare served as director of builder, developer and commercial sales, eastern operations for Stewart Title, and prior to that was the builder and developer division manager for Gracy Title in Austin, Texas. Molinare holds a BBA in finance and marketing from Stephen F. Austin University.

“Walker is a great addition to our national sales team,” remarked Tom Konkel, senior vice president and national sales director for Stewart National Title Services. “I’m confident that he and the Houston commercial sales team will be strong contributors to our growth this year.”
