The Florida Land Title Association reported that the state’s Office of Insurance Regulation has approved the ALTA 14 Series forms, which includes ALTA Endorsement 14-06 Future Advance Priority, ALTA Endorsement 14.1-06 Future Advance Knowledge, ALTA Endorsement 14.2-06 Future Advance - Letter of Credit and ALTA Endorsement 14.3-06 Future Advance Reverse Mortgage.

The effective date for use of the forms was March 21.
