North American Title Insurance Company is a seasoned title insurance underwriter that has been helping customers achieve the American dream of homeownership for more than 50 years. In the past several years, we have become known as the “underwriter next door, because our associates are always easy to reach and our processes are, at all times, quick and straightforward. Our agency application process is fast and transparent for qualified agents. NATIC offers a one-hour underwriting response guarantee that is unparallelled in our industry. In addition, we value our agents based on their title industry knowledge and experience, not just on profits alone.

Industry Veteran Joins WFG National Title

March 15, 2012

WFG National Title Insurance Co. has added Robert Opdycke as an agency sales representative in its southeast regional agency office in Virginia.

Opdycke will be charged with growing and maintaining WFG relationships with agencies in central and western Virginia, Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. He comes to WFG National Title with 27 years of industry experience, most recently serving with one of the industry’s largest underwriters as vice president and account manager in its national commercial services division (Richmond Office), where he was a recipient of the President’s Award for Sales Excellence in 2002 and 2003. He began his career with Lawyers Title Insurance Corp. in 1985, where he served most recently as a manager in its national division (Richmond office). He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond, and is active in his community, having been a VP for the Association for the Study of Childhood Cancer; president for the James River Chapter of NACORE, and a member of the Kiwanis Club of Richmond.

“Bob knows this industry, and he knows our region,” said Thomas Klein, senior vice president, agency, southeast region. “More importantly, he knows the agents of the southeast, and what they need for success. We know he will be a stout ally for our independent agents, as well as a resource to them.”
