reQuire Adds to Executive Team

October 25, 2011

reQuire, LLC, a release tracking company, announced that John Contreras has joined reQuire release tracking as vice president of business development.

reQuire Release Tracking currently has over 1,200 customers in 32 states, the Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia. With more than 140,000 transactions added to reQuire’s database in 2010, the company employs 52 team members and reports a three-year revenue growth of 32 percent.

As reQuire expands, Contreras is responsible for new projects, joint ventures, acquisitions, and selling the reQuire line of products and services to lenders and title agents nationally. His background includes more than 20 years of experience in the national title insurance industry serving the home equity, first mortgage refinance, loan modifications, and REO markets.

"I am so excited to be working in the title industry in a new way by bringing them a truly valuable solution in mitigating risk. Risk, compliance and organizational efficiency are on the top of C level agenda every day," said Contreras.

Prior to joining reQuire, Contreras worked for National Closing Solutions (NCS), and managed national sales for Service Link, Commonwealth/LandAmerica and Fidelity Title. He has personally been responsible for selling over $100 million in title premiums since 2001.

Contreras earned a BA in Speech Communications from California State University Long Beach.
