Majesty Title Services LLC, an ALTA member, received the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce 2011 Small Business of the Year Award for companies with five to 20 employees.

Companies are evaluated on financial success, community involvement and ethical business practices.

Vincent Cassidy, CEO of Majesty Title, is a board member of the Florida Land Title Association.

“It’s an honor for our brethren in the Tampa business community to recognize the efforts we have been putting forth over the past five years in one of the most difficult economic times in the real estate market,” Cassidy said.

Majesty Title began as a New York/New Jersey regional title agency in the 1990s. In 2006, three partners, including Cassidy, acquired the infrastructure of the NY/NJ agency and re-branded the company as Majesty Title Services.

Today, Majesty Title is a national title agency with offices in Tampa and New York. The company provides title and settlement services in all 50 states, serving real estate agents, national and local lenders, REO asset management companies and investors in Florida and New York.
