Alliant National Title Names New Chief Operating Officer

Carol Mastronfini is responsible for overseeing agency and legal requirements, and playing a vital role in forming and implementing the underwriter’s vision and strategies.

Colorado-based Alliant National Title Insurance Co. announced that Carol Mastrofini, J.D., joined the company as chief operating officer, effective April 4. As COO, Mastrofini is charged with overseeing agency and legal requirements, and playing a vital role in forming and implementing Alliant National’s vision and strategies.

As an attorney, Mastrofini has worked in the title insurance industry since 1998. Among her many accomplishments, in 2008, she worked as a senior vice president in the industry, leading a group of 16 direct operations within 12 states and with 160 employees to a successful financial turnaround. She had complete P&L responsibility during this period, and built a legendary team that delivered extraordinary results.

In addition to bringing significant, broad-ranging expertise in business development, transitional leadership, sales and marketing, project management, negotiations, and risk analysis and mitigation to her new position, she also has a B.S. from Santa Clara University and a juris doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law.
