Texas Bill Would Ban Private Transfer Fees by Closing Loopholes in Current Law

March 3, 2011

House Bill 8 will close the loopholes in current law by prohibiting future private transfer fees on real property and providing clarity and notice requirements to properties with existing private transfer fees.
