Florida Law Firm Expands Trial Practice

Miami-based law firm GrayRobinson, P.A. announced the expansion of their trial practice with the addition of Neil Linden, Philippe Devé and David Levin. All three come to the firm from the Miami office of Yoss LLP.

With more than 30 years of experience, Linden has tried cases involving real estate and title insurance litigation, as well as other complex commercial, class actions, construction and banking litigation, general contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes and lender liability defense. He has been an expert witness in the areas of attorney fees and performance, construction liens and defects. His trial experience also encompasses fraud, RICO and other sophisticated cases. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit civil mediator and is a member of the American Arbitration Association Commercial arbitration panel of neutrals.

Devé’s practice areas include commercial litigation, title insurance litigation, including coverage disputes, claims defense and agency defalcations, mortgage foreclosures, construction and banking litigation. He has represented title insurance underwriters in multimillion-dollar fraud cases and state and federal class-action litigation.

Levin focuses his practice on real estate, land title litigation, and title claim administration. He also has experience in foreclosure litigation including, mediation and community association law.
