TEAM Nation Holdings Corp. announced the establishment of TEAM Title, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

TEAM Title will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of TEAM and will obtain licenses to conduct direct title insurance and settlement services in up to 35 states in 2010. It is anticipated that TEAM Title will obtain its first agency license in Pennsylvania by April 30, 2010.

"The formation of TEAM Title is the first in many important steps taken this year to establish direct, revenue generating operations in the national marketplace," said Janis Okerlund, president of TEAM. "From this springboard, we expect to grow and expand licensure aggressively and participate in previously unavailable revenue opportunities."
