Action Title Research Appoints VP of Business Development

April 27, 2017

Action Title Research, a New Jersey search and abstract company, has promoted David Penque to vice president of business development. He will lead the sales and on-boarding processes for customers utilizing Action Title’s Smart Search product, which provides a traditional county search a typed report, as well as analysis and XML data delivery.

Penque is a third-generation title professional who joined Action Title Research in 2010. Over the past few years, he has worked closely with customers and partners to ensure that service and delivery goals are met while many underlying technology platforms and business processes have evolved and changed.

“Dave has been a key factor in the growth of our entire product line over the years,” said Scott O’Neill, managing partner of Action Title Research. “His focus on the Smart Search will be instrumental in the growth of this part of the business .”
