Qualia Integrates With Westcor

April 13, 2017

Qualia has integrated its title and closing software with Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. Through this integration, title companies and law firms can issue Westcor policies, generate closing protection letters (CPLs) and calculate rates within Qualia.

“Qualia’s main goal is to create a software platform that cuts out the unnecessary headaches currently involved in the title and settlement process,” said Nate Baker, CEO of Qualia. “We are excited to partner with Westcor to help further that mission. With this integration, our mutual agents can complete all of their title work without ever leaving Qualia.”

Scott Chandler, Westcor’s chief operating officer, added: “Westcor is committed to building strong, collaborative partnerships with our title agents. Integrations with leading title settlement platforms, like Qualia, help us support the continued success of our title agent partners."
