Qualia Connects to First American’s AgentNet

Qualia has integrated its settlement platform with AgentNet from First American Title Insurance Company.

The integration enables title agents to generate Closing Protection Letters (CPLs) and policy jackets directly from the Qualia system, eliminating the need to rekey data and work across multiple systems. In addition, the integration also allows title agents to calculate rates and fees directly through Qualia, which significantly reduces the possibility of remittance errors.

“The ability for title agents to operate within a single system not only increases overall efficiency, but it also dramatically decreases the number of errors and redundancies that can slow down the title process,” said Nate Baker, CEO of Qualia. “Our integration with First American ensures title agents have access to everything they need directly within the Qualia platform, creating a more streamlined title process.”
