NextAce Names Chief Product Officer

NextAce announced the addition of David Floyd to its management team as chief product officer. In this role, he will oversee the company's product strategy and the expansion of its automation processes, technical capabilities and data integrations.
Floyd has dedicated his career to process re-engineering and automation in a wide array of industries and products.

He will be instrumental in our objective of adding hundreds of new counties each year to our coverage area and continuing to drive down the costs of title production."
Prior to joining NextAce, Floyd was president of SKLD Title Services Inc., one of the nation's oldest title plants. During his 17 year tenure with SKLD, he introduced innovative staffing models, data capture routines and quality control processes that reduced costs while simultaneously enhancing service and quality. Floyd also had significant experience in bank operations and manufacturing focused on a wide variety of disciplines including payment processing, mail handling and customized metal manufacturing.
Floyd serves on multiple industry committees and work groups including the American Land Title Association (ALTA) Real Property Records Committee where he is the current chair; the Property Records Industry Association (PRIA), and the Association for Title Information Management (ATIM).
