Minnesota Title Firm Ordered to Pay Fine for Alleged Kickbacks

January 5, 2017

The Minnesota Commissioner of Insurance ordered a title company to pay a civil penalty of $45,000 for allegedly providing things of value in exchange for business from a real estate agent.
