The Docket: Does Title Agency Owe Duty to Provide E&O Insurance to Cover Employees?

Sarah Cortvriend, an attorney with the law firm Carlton Fields PA, provided today’s review of a decision by the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania that addressed whether a title agency and its principal must provide professional insurance coverage for the benefit of its employees.
