TitleSmart, Inc. Receives Women’s Business Enterprise National Certification

August 12, 2014

Maplewood, Minn.-based TitleSmart Inc. received national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Development Center—Minnesota, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). WBENC’s national standard of certification implemented by the Women’s Business Development Center—Minnesota includes an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51 percent owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women. By including women-owned businesses among their vendors, corporations, and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier/vendor diversity programs. “We are very proud of this certification,” said Cindy Koebele, president and owner of TitleSmart. “Obtaining a WBENC certification is a significant milestone for a woman-owned business and will help us as we continue to grow and remain focused on providing exceptional service and solutions to our diversified client base.”
