RamQuest Develops New Strategic Brand to Extend Channels

January 28, 2014

RamQuest, Inc., a provider of solutions for the land title industry, announced plans to create two independent companies, RamQuest Inc. and Guardian Consumer Services.

Over the last several years, the company has developed two brands and expanded its product portfolio to include lender- and Realtor-centric offerings. At the same time, the company has continued to invest in core title solution development and strategic partner integrations so that, as a result, RamQuest has maintained its ability to deliver profitable results, the company said in a release. Having executed an expansion plan over the course of the last several years, the organization has solidified its position as a title and settlement industry leader while expanding into new, vertical markets that have developed into independent strategic entities.

The company believes creating these two companies offers each the ability to focus individual leadership and resources on distinct, strategic initiatives and unique opportunities and that splitting during this point of strength allows both organizations to reach their full potential.

RamQuest will continue to serve the title and settlement industry. Its offerings include the Complete Closing Enterprise suite, the RamQuest One solution and the company’s digital network, Closing Market. RamQuest has named Paul Bandiera as its new president. Bandiera, chief technology strategy officer at Old Republic Title and former chief technology officer at RamQuest, will succeed Mark McElroy in this role.

McElroy will assume the position of president and CEO of Guardian Consumer Services as this company focuses on developing solutions for the real estate community with products like Pavaso and Digital Close.
