MERS Wins Dismissal of Two Washington Lawsuits, Joint Recording Cases In Massachusetts

Two federal judges in the Western District of Washington ruled that no valid claims existed in two cases against MERSCORP Holdings Inc., while three consolidated actions involving recording fees were dismissed.
