Westcor Plans to Move Headquarters

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. will move from its current headquarters in Winter Park, Fla., to a larger facility in Maitland, Fla., to accommodate continued growth. The new 20,000-square-foot facility is located in the same building where Westcor’s original Florida office was located in 2004.
Rob Blakeslee of Blakeslee Design was chosen to customize the build out. The new space accommodates efficient design and interior spaces that foster collaboration of their employees, while better serving the present and future needs of its customers. The new location will include state-of-the-art security, technology and provide the necessary space for future growth.
