Final Trac Integrates with ResWare to Improve Release Tracking

Final Trac, a title clearing and discharge tracking company, announced that it has integrated with ResWare, a closing and title processing software provider.

The integration allows ResWare customers to electronically order release tracking, which helps the user track paid-off liens at the time of closing. This helps ensure that a proper and timely release of mortgage/lien is prepared, delivered and recorded.

Final Trac verifies and records the release. This eliminates the need reopen files post-closing to send out the release to the land records or to verify that it has been recorded. By using Final Trac's services through ResWare, customers can be assured that there is never a break in the chain of title with a simple click of a button, Final Trac said in a release. "We are very pleased to partner with Final Trac,” said Bryan Buus of Adeptive. “Facilitating the release of mortgages and deeds of trust through ResWare increases efficiency and decreases costs and errors.”

"We are very excited for this much anticipated integration,” said Linda Aparo, CEO of Final Trac. “We've always maintained a great relationship with ResWare and their customers and we're happy to be able to make the post-closing release tracking process easier through this seamless integration."
