U.S. Supreme Court Hears Arguments in Case Addressing Access to Virginia Public Records

March 5, 2013

Last year, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit upheld the constitutionality of a provision in Virginia’s public records law that limits public record disclosure to those persons or entities that are “citizens” of Virginia.
