Bankrate Survey Shows Mortgage Closing Costs Dropped 7 Percent Over Past Year

August 7, 2012

While the survey shows title insurance and other third-party fees fell 12 percent from 2011, the faulty methodology of collecting data leads to inaccurate results of the true cost of title insurance.
