ALTA Webinar Analyzes CFPB’s Proposed Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure

More than 400 title insurance professionals attended a July 25 webinar provided by ALTA analyzing the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s proposed proposed Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms, which will replace the current HUD-1, GFE and Truth In Lending disclosures. Read on for information on how these proposed forms could impact work flow.
