ALTA Files Brief in Foreclosure Case Being Addressed by Florida Supreme Court

February 14, 2012

ALTA joined the Florida Land Title Association in filing an amicus brief with the Florida Supreme Court warning a decision in the Roman Pino v. The Bank of New York Mellon case could question the title to all REO properties in Florida.
