North Carolina Passes UPL Bill

June 28, 2011

North Carolina Gov. Bev Perdue signed legislation impacting the state’s unauthorized practice of law statute, which among other things, establishes a private cause of action against any person who knowingly commits or aids and abets another person committing the unauthorized practice of law.
