Investors Title Company Declares Quarterly Dividend

May 20, 2008

CHAPEL HILL, N.C., -- J. Allen Fine, Chairman of the Board of Investors Title Company (Nasdaq:ITIC), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.07 per share to shareholders of record June 2, 2008, payable June 16, 2008.

Investors Title Company is a publicly-held North Carolina company whose stock is traded on The NASDAQ Global Market.
