Denise Hurst Joins RamQuest Software as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

RamQuest Software, Inc. announced today that Denise Hurst has joined its Executive Team as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. In this role, Hurst will spearhead talent, organizational development, and new market/new business development at RamQuest as well as oversee execution of the company’s strategic initiatives.

Hurst brings strength in the areas of strategic management and business development, drawing from 25 years of work with high-tech and entrepreneurial ventures. Her experience spans defense, government, higher education, nonprofit, professional association, and commercial high-tech industries.

Hurst’s organizational development expertise draws from her past relationships with Peter F. Drucker and Harold A. Kurstedt, focusing on the importance of personal accountability and the organization’s culture and mission in successful strategy and execution. Before joining RamQuest, Hurst consulted to high-tech organizations on strategic management, leadership development, product development, sales and marketing strategy, technology infrastructure, and funding. Hurst holds a Masters degree in Management, and a Certificate in Executive Management, from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management, Claremont Graduate University.
