Online Documents, Inc. Integrates to Ellie Mae's Encompass Mortgage Automation System

November 6, 2006

Ellie Mae and Online Documents, Inc., have partnered to offer access to Online Documents' Online Express™ Web through Ellie Mae's Encompass® Mortgage Automation System.

Effective immediately, Online Express™ Web will be an important new option for Encompass users looking for a mortgage documents provider.

"We have thousands of correspondent originators that utilize our loan origination software and ePASS® Network as a means of accessing lenders and settlement service providers, and a large percentage of them are also drawing documents," explains Richard Roof, senior vice president of strategic partnerships at Ellie Mae. "Adding a leading supplier like Online Documents to supplement our current selection of document services is going to help meet the varied needs of our extensive user base. So far they have had interfaces with Genesis 2000® and Contour™, and now they've added an interface to Encompass. Online Documents has a great reputation and provides excellent service."

As set forth in its end-user agreement, Online Documents provides mortgage documents warranted for compliance, including initial disclosures and closing documents. Documents are provided for all 50 states, and orders are fulfilled within minutes on a 24/7 basis. Online Documents' compliance warranties extend to virtually any license or charter type.

"Encompass has set a high standard for loan origination systems and is gaining market share among leading mortgage companies," states Terry Ward, CMB, vice president of corporate development at Online Documents. "We believe Online Documents is the premier provider of mortgage documents, and therefore it makes sense to build an alliance between our two companies."
