Three Title Companies Choose Hall Settlement Systems' eTitleAxis System

October 27, 2006

FRISCO, TEXAS - Three title companies have selected Hall Settlement System's eTitleAxis title, settlement and transaction management system to accelerate growth and differentiate their companies from the competition.

Metroway Title & Escrow, which serves the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, selected eTitleAxis for its innovation, according to Lisa Hwang, settlement manager of the Virginia-based company. "Metroway Title & Escrow is very excited to adopt the eTitleAxis system," said Hwang. "We have every confidence that it will help us better serve our clients throughout the Washington D.C. metropolitan area by facilitating a timely, accurate and hassle-free settlement process."

Arkansas-based Three Rivers Title Services, Inc., chose eTitleAxis over other options because the Web-based system eliminates the need for dedicated client/server hardware and software. The company also recognized the system for its accounting capabilities with three-way bank reconciliation. eTitleAxis also enables the company to increase production without the need to increase headcount; create customer-centric workflows to ensure consistent processing; and prepare for future growth and changing market conditions.

Statewide Settlement, Inc., based in Avon, New York, also selected eTitleAxis. The company provides title and settlement services in all 50 states with a main concentration in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida.

eTitleAxis is a 100 percent Web-based title and settlement system that allows clients to streamline their processing while differentiating themselves from competitors by providing their clients with improved service. The system is known in the industry for its ability to adapt to the individual needs of each client, and because it can be accessed at any time, from anywhere with a secure Internet connection.
