SANTA BARBARA, Calif., United General Title Insurance Company has orolled out United Lender Services division. United Lender Services, with offices in California and Pennsylvania, will provide title insurance, closing/settlement services and related products nationwide.
Steve Shaw, United Lender Services' newly appointed division president, has more than 20 years of extensive experience providing title and closing solutions nationwide, partnering with many of the country's largest mortgage lenders. In his new role, Shaw will actively direct the United Lender Services' teams in establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with lenders and continue United General's tradition of "Five Star Service."

The division offers Web-based solutions that allow for simultaneous multiple-product order placement, statusing and delivery, bundling options, connectivity to industry-leading portals and integration with many major loan origination systems.
