A new partnership will allow Arizona Realtors who use ZipForm real estate documents to access American Home Shield home warranty forms, the companies announced today.

The partnership between ZipForm, a company that specializes in electronic real estate documents, and American Home Shield will allow ZipForm users to import warranty information and forms along with other ZipForm-generated documents, according to the announcement.

"Combining the ease and simplicity of ZipForm with America's leading choice for home warranties is sure to provide countless advantages to Arizona Realtors," said Dave Crawford, senior vice president for American Home Shield. "The alliance between AHS and ZipForm is helping our mutual customers meet the critical requirements to succeeding in today's marketplace, such as improving speed-to-market and eliminating outdated processes."

ZipForm's products are used by more real estate professionals than any other real estate software program, according to the announcement. ZipForm offers more than 170 custom broker libraries, 200 association libraries, and has a presence in 40 states.

"With warranty information and forms immediately available, our customers in Arizona will save time while increasing the likelihood that home buyers will take advantage of the security the American Home Shield warranty program provides. We are very pleased to be able to partner with this leader in the real estate industry," said Robert Bailey, chairman of the board for RE FormsNet.

RE FormsNet, the creator of ZipForm, is a Realtor Benefits Partner and the official forms software of the National Association of Realtors. ZipForm is available to more than 998,000 Realtor members in the U.S.
