Landata Systems Announces the Release of PRISM 2.1

October 25, 2005

HOUSTON— Landata Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE-STC), announces the release of Policy Register Information System Management (PRISM™) version 2.1.

PRISM, an easy-to-use, Web-based application, allows agents to enter policy data and electronically report directly to the underwriter, reducing the costs of manual reporting and minimizing the time involved in producing a report. PRISM 2.1 users can now view transmittal reports in a detailed format containing information from all the fields, or a summary format with only the most important fields.

“Overall, the summary transmittal report is a huge benefit to our users because it allows them to view the reports in a condensed and more convenient format,” said Lynn Ramsey, product specialist, Landata Systems, Inc. “The summary report is the number one enhancement request from our users and we’re dedicated to meeting the needs of users everywhere.”

Users can e-mail both reports as .csv files or export them to a spreadsheet-style program such as Microsoft® Office Excel. Once exported, users have the option to organize the report to suit their needs, including hiding/sorting columns and totaling column values.

PRISM 2.1 also provides more options to Stewart Policy Exchange (SPX) users, the alternative electronic policy register system for agents. SPX users now have the ability to view SPX transmittals, which display uploaded files and policies successfully transmitted to Stewart’s agency accounting. In addition, an error transmittal log displays inaccurate files requiring corrections and re-transmittal through SPX.
