CapTech Financial Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Your Title Choice

LIGHTHOUSE POINT, Fla., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CapTech Financial Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CTFG), has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Your Title Choice, Inc., a Florida based title insurance agency with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa.

Your Title Choice will operate under the name National Security Title, the newly formed subsidiary of CapTech Financial Group.

"We are extremely excited about this acquisition with Your Title Choice, it makes us one of the largest title insurance agents in the state of Florida, therefore giving us a major footing in one of the hottest real estate markets nationwide, over night," stated J. Edward Houston, the CEO of CapTech.

"I am looking forward to working with the team at National Security Title and the challenge of building a nationwide title insurance agency," stated Howard Gaines.

Your Title Choice is the successor Company to Prestige Title, a sixteen year old title insurance agency that for the past several years has had revenues exceeding $4,000,000 and net profits of approximately $1,500,000.
