April 8, 2005

Jacksonville, Fla. -- Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF), a provider of products and outsourced services and solutions to financial institutions and the real estate industry, and its Fidelity Information Services ("Fidelity") division announce an agreement with CEDAR Document Technologies, Inc. ("CEDAR"), to deliver CEDAR's innovative Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) and Electronic Statement Presentment to Fidelity's clients.

CEDAR, based in Atlanta, Georgia, provides unique electronic document technologies and services that lower the total document costs associated with the Creation, Enhancement, Distribution, Archival and Response (CEDAR) management of high volume business documents. Fidelity customers will benefit from improved efficiency and reduced costs resulting from the elimination of printing and expenses associated with US Postal Service mail, as well as superior customer support. This solution will initially be rolled out to Fidelity clients in the automotive finance sector.

"The Fidelity/CEDAR strategic relationship will offer our clients an electronic bill/document presentment and payment solution that is best-of-breed," said Frank Sanchez, president, leveraged product development for Fidelity Information Services. "Effective electronic enhancements add greater convenience to customers and provide a distinct service and cost advantage, and we are pleased to be able support our clients with this new offering."

CEDAR's core competency is the rapid creation and delivery of electronic correspondence. The objective is to enhance and deliver documents electronically in a manner that adds value for the recipient and enterprise without significantly changing the business process or the recipient's required response. Through CEDAR's unique approach, a document is e-mailed as an encrypted, password-secured attachment to the customer, including marketing information and response links. This solution has proven to provide adoption rates ten times the industry average.

"Our EBPP solutions have consistently delivered high recipient adoption," said H.A. "Pete" Kenning, Jr., president of CEDAR. "It's important that we become the advocate for the recipient when it comes to e-documents. We design the electronic document to be easier to use and process than its printed counterpart and then we deliver it to the one place the recipient goes everyday - their e-mail inbox."
