LandAmerica AgentXtra(SM) Program Expands Services to Agent Partners Nationwide

Richmond, Virginia – LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: LFG), aprovider of real estate transaction services, has expanded solutions to its AgentXtraSM Program, which debuted last August. These solutions will benefit more than 10,000 Agent Partners nationwide.

The LandAmerica AgentXtra Program includes a robust solutions set of support, executive, transaction, and technology services; enhanced electronic connectivity; and the company’s commitment to superior service and operational excellence.

Solutions include availability of XtraOrderTM Electronic Ordering for Title and Closing/Escrow Services, Mortgage Credit Reports, and Flood Hazard Certification Services to designated Agent Partners for their lender customers; and national availability of Escrow Reconciliation Services, U.S. Patriot Act Name Search Services, Recruiting Services, Temporary Employment Services, Online Education and Training Certifications through LandAmerica’s University for Agents, and the Co-Op Marketing/Agent Store. Also available is LandAmScan indexing, scanning, and archiving capabilities for case files.

The AgentXtra Program provides three distinct levels of services based on an annual, multiple-point evaluation of LandAmerica’s current business relationship, designated as Platinum, Gold, or Silver.
