Fidelity National Financial Business Unit and Impac Lending Group Offer Credit Reporting Solutions to Originators

November 17, 2004

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LSI Credit Services, a division of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), has partnered with Impac Lending Group (ILG), a subsidiary of Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: IMH - News). The alliance was formed to allow LSI Credit Services' mortgage credit reports to be seamlessly ordered or re-issued through ILG's Impac Direct Access System for Lending (iDASLg2).

iDASLg2 is an automated underwriting (AU) system, which enables brokers to receive loan approval decisions within seconds. With this system, brokers can either import applicant information directly into iDASLg2 from various loan origination software (LOS) systems or manually enter the information into an electronic 1003 form. Once applicant information is populated in iDASLg2, users can select LSI Credit Services as the credit vendor and order credit reports that will download directly to the AU system. If a credit report has been ordered previously through an LOS system, its credit report number can be entered into iDASLg2 to request that a copy of the report be imported for the automated underwriting process.

LSI Credit Services will provide iDASLg2 users with a Three-in-One Credit Report, gathering information from the nation's three credit bureaus: Equifax, Trans Union and Experian. The data from these three reports is combined into one easy-to-read format to expedite the loan approval decisioning process.

"We are very pleased to deliver the consistent quality of LSI Credit Services' credit reports through the connectivity options available in our automated lending solution," said Impac Lending Group senior vice president Don Currie. "We are confident this alliance will support our continuing mission to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that simplify the mortgage underwriting process," added Currie.

"LSI Credit Services is committed to providing comprehensive, yet easy-to- understand credit reports for informed decision-making in the mortgage loan approval process," said LSI Credit Services president Rob Boitano. "Teaming up with Impac to provide our credit services through the iDASLg2 system is a great opportunity for both of our companies to fully utilize the available technology to serve our mutual clients," said Boitano.
