Billie Lee Joins First Advantage Corporation as Vice President of Strategic Product Planning

PETERSBURG, Fla., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- First Advantage Corporation (Nasdaq: FADV - News), announced that Billie Lee has joined the corporate management team as vice president of strategic product planning. In this newly formed position, Lee will be responsible for analyzing the extensive service offering and resources of First Advantage in order to identify creative cross-selling, service bundling and product development opportunities.

Having added 19 companies and several new business lines to its core operation since August 2003, First Advantage has expanded from a screening services provider to a business services provider with expertise in risk mitigation. Today the company serves more than 25,000 business clients across the country.

Prior to joining First Advantage, Lee's career was aligned with the growth of the transportation industry screening provider, DAC Services, a division of Total Information Services Inc., which was acquired by US Investigative Services (USIS) in 2002. Lee started her career with DAC in sales and subsequently held management positions of increasing responsibility. Her tenure culminated with her appointment as DAC Services Division president in 1998 and continued as senior vice president of operations for the USIS Commercial Services division following the acquisition. Lee served in that capacity until February 2004 when she decided to pursue new interests to apply her strategic talents.

Lee is involved with numerous human resources and transportation industry-related associations, including the Society for Human Resource Management, Association of Independent Information Professionals, National Private Truck Council, and the American Trucking Associations. Her involvement has included effective lobbying on the grass roots level, as well as in Washington, DC. As a recognized screening expert, she frequently speaks on related topics and participates on panels for industry groups.
