Walt Clark Joins Stewart Realty Solutions as Vice President of Technology Deployment

HOUSTON, /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Stewart Realty Solutions has named Walt Clark as vice president of technology deployment. Stewart Realty Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE: STC - News), offering realty firms a bundle of information services, RESPA-compliant title insurance ventures, and Internet- based transaction management solutions that support the full service, "one- stop-shopping" business model.

"Walt will contribute to the strategic planning, business development and technology deployment of our SureClose® and RealtyAssist transaction management systems," said Travis Wright, president and chief executive officer, Stewart Realty Solutions.

"Walt brings deep insight and hands-on experience with the technology requirements of enterprise-sized realty organizations that are leaders in the industry," added Wright. "He also has developed extensive expertise with online transaction management systems within the real estate industry, and we are delighted to add his talents, experience and energy to our team."

Clark most recently served as a consultant to a national title insurance company directing implementation of Internet-based real estate settlement services and transaction management solutions. He also has held senior level positions at Prudential Real Estate and Coldwell Banker, where he directed development and delivery of technology solutions for those real estate franchisers and their relocation services subsidiaries.

"I'm excited to join an organization with such an intense focus and passion for enhancing the real estate transaction experience for all its constituents," said Clark.
