March 8, 2004

HOUSTON, March 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Landata Technologies Inc. has named Alan J. Cellura president and chief executive officer. He will be based in San Antonio, Texas.

"The automation of the county clerk's recording process -- from the execution of fully electronic transaction documents via e-sign to the completion of electronic recording from remote locations -- is one of the last remaining aspects of the fully electronic real estate transaction," said Don O'Neill, group president for Real Estate Information, Stewart Title Co. "It is the clearly defined mission of Landata Technologies to fulfill the vision of a fully electronic transaction, and Alan Cellura joins the company with the experience and leadership necessary to make this vision a reality.

"Counties all over the country are looking for ways to improve the recording process, to reduce the costs associated with data and image storage, and where possible, share in the revenue associated with access to public records. Landata Technologies has provided and continues to provide these services to the government sector," added O'Neill.

Cellura most recently served as vice president of marketing and sales for Kodak Global Imaging Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Eastman Kodak Co.'s Commercial and Government Systems unit. He had joined Kodak in 1975, moving up within the company in sales, sales management and marketing positions. Cellura left Kodak in 1998 to co-found a health products company and handle worldwide marketing for a telecommunications company, and rejoined Kodak in 2001.
