Fidelity National Information Solutions Appoints Dwayne Walker Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Walker brings more than twenty-two years of business and technology experience to FNIS, including extensive experience in technology, services, mergers and acquisitions and high growth business development. He joins FNIS from Network Commerce, Inc., where he has served as CEO since 1995. Mr. Walker has also held senior executive positions at US Connect, TRW, Hughes Aircraft, DMR Group and Microsoft Corporation and has served as a director for several companies including Escrow.com, Network Commerce Inc., US Connect and Micro General Corporation. Mr. Walker co-authored the book Micro to Mainframe: Creating an Integrated Environment and has authored many articles and papers on technology.
